Each class is on Zoom or in person
- $15 per class
- 9am to 10am on Thursday Mornings
- Please:
- Have a chair without arms
- Wear loose comfortable clothing
- Join Zoom 10 minutes before and check your audio/visual connection.
- You will get the connection information when you pay.
